Please ensure to check your inbox and spam folders for the confirmation. We recommend having it ready on your mobile device for smooth entry on the day of the event.

‍We understand that plans change and sometimes you may need to cancel your ticket. The Jump offers a flexible return policy for your convenience:

‍Refund Window: Tickets can be refunded up to 3 days prior to the event date.
‍How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@thejump.com with your order number and the reason for the refund.
Processing: Once we receive your refund request and it falls within our refund window, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
‍Note: Refunds will not be processed if the request is made less than 3 days before the event date.
