‍Refund Window: Tickets can be refunded up to 3 days prior to the event date.
‍How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@thejump.com with your order number and the reason for the refund.
Processing: Once we receive your refund request and it falls within our refund window, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
‍Note: Refunds will not be processed if the request is made less than 3 days before the event date.
